We reserve the right to change our policy at any time, and have no intention on taking advantage of this.

If you're not completely satisfied, we first suggest you reach out to problem solve.  Our customer service team is here to support you and wants to make sure you have an excellent experience.

How to Cancel

In order to cancel, you may login to your Go Love Yourself account at any time and cancel by the 27th of the month to prevent a shipment on the 1st.  Any subscription that is active on the 27th begins to be processed for shipment..

If your membership has already renewed and you'd like to cancel, request a cancellation by the 10th of the next month to be eligible for a refund for any unshipped boxes.

If you choose to cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term.

Refunds

Once your order has shipped, we will not issue a refund, sorry.  The great news is, even if you personally don't love each and every item in the box, you'll be able to spread happiness to those you care about by gifting your unused items!  Make sure to then head back and cancel any automatic renewals you might have set up.  We don't want you to be unhappy, either!
